At Trash Day Scoop, we believe every family deserves a clean yard to enjoy with the people and pets they love.
My name is Jasmin, and I was born and raised in Los Banos, California. This community has always been home, and it is where I chose to start Trash Day Scoop.
I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, there was always a dog in our home, and today I have two dogs who are a big part of my family.
Being a dog owner has taught me something simple: dogs bring so much happiness into our lives, but keeping a yard clean can take time away from enjoying them. That is why I created Trash Day Scoop.
My goal is to provide dependable, professional pet waste removal so families can spend less time cleaning and more time making memories with the people—and pets—they love.

Basic Patio & Dog-Area Rinse

After waste removal, we rinse selected hard-surface areas with plain water to help wash away visible urine or waste residue. This is a rinse service and is not advertised as a disinfecting treatment.
Fresh Area Odor Treatment

Add an outdoor pet-odor treatment designed to help reduce urine and pet-waste odors on appropriate outdoor surfaces. Products are used according to their label directions.

Before & after your visit
Simple service from arrival to completion.
We’ll send a courtesy message before arrival. Please secure your dogs, make sure the gate is accessible, and have your gray trash bin and outdoor water faucet (when required) available.
Secure Your Dogs
Please keep dogs safely inside or in a separate secured area while we service the property.
Provide Access
Unlock the gate or have any required access instructions ready for your scheduled visit.
Waste Placement
We place securely bagged pet waste in your accessible gray trash bin. If it can’t be used, we leave the tied bag at your approved backup location.
After Service
You’ll receive a completion message with a photo from that day’s visit for your records.

This is a service request, not an automatic appointment. We verify your Los Banos address, trash day, route availability, and exact price before confirming.
Service window: Scheduled visits are typically completed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on your assigned service day. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed so we can keep neighborhood routes efficient.
Safety first: Dogs must be secured before arrival. We cannot enter a yard with loose pets.

Good to know
Which bin is used?
Securely bagged pet waste goes into the customer’s accessible gray trash bin—not recycling or yard waste.
Do I need to be home?
No. Pets must be secured, the gate must be accessible, and the gray bin must be easy to reach.
What happens if my trash day is Monday?
Monday-trash routes require special scheduling because the day before is Sunday. Submit your request and we will confirm whether a Friday or limited Sunday route is available.
Is booking instant?
No. We confirm route availability, service day, and final price before beginning service.
What if the gate is locked or a dog is loose?
For safety, we will not enter. A $10 missed-access fee may apply if we cannot safely access the service area because a dog is loose, a gate is locked, or required access is unavailable after the courtesy notification.
New customers
Simple quote. No surprise charges.
New customers submit a service request with current photos of the areas they would like cleaned. We review the property information and photos before confirming the first-service price.
1. Request Service
Tell us about your dogs, service areas, surfaces, approximate size, and when the area was last cleaned.
2. Upload Photos
Upload 2–4 current photos showing the overall service area and any significant buildup.
3. Approve Your Quote
We review your request and send your final first-service price for approval before scheduling.
If the actual property condition is substantially different from the photos or information submitted, we will contact you for approval of any revised price before performing additional work.
Payments
Easy payments with protection for both sides.
Card on File — Recommended
Recurring customers may securely keep a card on file for automatic payments. The approved recurring service amount is charged according to the payment schedule and a receipt is sent. Trash Day Scoop does not store your card number.
Other Payment Option
Zelle is also accepted.
One-Time & Initial Cleanups
After photo review and quote approval, a 50% booking deposit reserves the cleanup. The remaining 50% is due after service is completed.
If an automatic payment fails, we’ll send a payment notice and future visits may be paused until the outstanding balance is paid.

Need to skip a visit or pause service? Contact us before your scheduled service day.
Skip This Visit
Skip an upcoming visit at no charge when submitted by 8:00 PM the night before service.
Pause Service
Choose a date to resume recurring service instead of canceling completely.
Extended Buildup
Multiple skipped visits or an extended pause may require a cleanup price adjustment based on buildup. Any adjustment is approved before extra work begins.

$10 Missed-Access Fee
A $10 fee may apply if we arrive after the courtesy notification and cannot safely access the service area because dogs are not secured, required access is unavailable, or the gate is inaccessible.
Skip by 8:00 PM
Skip or cancel by 8:00 PM the night before your scheduled service for no charge. A $10 late skip/cancellation fee may apply after the deadline.
Weather & Safety
Service may be delayed, adjusted, or rescheduled due to extreme heat, severe weather, poor air quality, unsafe animals, hazardous conditions, or other conditions that make service unsafe.
Holiday trash-collection changes may temporarily affect route days. Customers will be notified when a schedule adjustment is needed.
Service photos
Documentation after each visit.
We may photograph the outdoor service area for service documentation and to send your completion photo. Service documentation photos are not permission for us to use your property in advertising or social media; separate permission would be requested for promotional use.
