These Terms & Conditions apply to the Trash Day Scoop website, service requests, pet waste removal services, and related communications.
Submitting a service request does not guarantee an appointment or final price. Prices shown as “starting at” are estimates. Trash Day Scoop may review the information provided and confirm the service scope and approved price before service or payment is requested.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service area, securing dogs before arrival, unlocking required gates, and providing accurate access instructions. If requested water-based add-ons are selected, an accessible working outdoor water faucet must be available.
Payment requirements, deposits, recurring charges, cancellation or skip deadlines, and any applicable access fees will be communicated as part of the service arrangement. Additional work or materially different site conditions will not be charged without customer approval of a revised price.
By checking the SMS consent box on the Trash Day Scoop service request form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Trash Day Scoop at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include request confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival notifications, access reminders, payment-related service updates, and service-completion messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of our website and SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
